The completely renovated kitchen is fully stocked. Additional rec space is located in the basement with the washer and dryer. The back yard has outdoor seating as well as plenty of green space. Generally a quiet neighborhood but expect some air traffic (mostly when outside) as the home is conveniently located close to the airport. Garage space available. Applicants will be asked to meet minimum qualifications of 600 credit score, 1.5 times monthly income in rent, and complete background and credit check.
