Undisclosed pets will result in a $150 fee and may lead to reservation cancellation without refund. There is a designated parking spot reserved for guests with a handicap permit. Smoking outside is permitted. No underage consumption or drugs and no parties or large gatherings are allowed. A $150 charge applies for late checkout without prior notice. Please remove your shoes when entering the house to keep the space clean and comfortable for everyone. Violating house rules or those of the OTA community will result in immediate eviction without a refund for unused nights. If the property is equipped with a grill, guests are responsible for refilling the propane tank if needed and will be reimbursed with a receipt. For charcoal grills, bring your own charcoal. Checkout instructions are provided and appreciated to ensure a seamless transition for the next guests.
