Smoking, vaping, or burning anything inside the home will result in a $500 fee. Check-out is at 11 am sharp, with unauthorized late check-out fined at $150 per hour. Cameras on-site will be monitored for traffic in the home, and uninvited guests will be asked to leave with no refund.
