No parties or events are allowed, and smoking or vaping inside will result in a $500 fee. Check-out is at 11 am sharp, with a $150 per hour fee for unauthorized late check-out. Quiet hours are after 10 pm and before 8 am. Furniture and decor should not be moved, and pets are not allowed on furniture.
