This fully stocked and tastefully decorated apartment features a king bedroom with a desk and TV, a queen bedroom, and an open-concept living and dining room with a 55" HD TV, a comfortable couch and chair, and a dining table for four. The kitchen is equipped with essentials for cooking and a coffee station for your convenience. In-unit laundry is also available. The building offers a brand new gym and an option for paid parking in a lot across the street for $25 per day per car. Stays exceeding seven days will incur an additional charge. A maximum of two dogs are allowed for a flat fee of $125 per stay. Requests to bring a third or fourth dog are subject to approval and will incur an additional $100 fee. Undisclosed pets will result in a $150 fee and may lead to reservation cancellation without refund. The apartment is within walking distance to several of Cleveland's best restaurants and entertainment venues, including the East Bank of the Flats, offering you the best of the city at your doorstep. Sound may occasionally travel from the hallway or other units. The building's shared spaces include the hallway, lobby, elevator, gym, and dog wash. There are two steps up to the hallway for the bedrooms and two steps down to the common space. The elevator screen displays one floor higher than selected, but floor signs are available for verification. The front door to the apartment is locked, and guests must go to the 1st floor to let others in. No parties or events are allowed, and smoking inside the home will result in a $500 fee. Unauthorized late check-out will incur a $150 per hour fee. Quiet hours are after 10pm and before 8am. Furniture and decor should not be moved. Cameras on-site will be monitored for traffic, and uninvited guests will result in immediate eviction without refund. Additional charges may apply for unfollowed check-out instructions or breaking house rules. The king bedroom includes a desk and a TV that can double as a monitor for your laptop, providing a convenient work-from-home set-up. A laptop computer is not included.
