This fully stocked and tastefully decorated apartment features an open concept living and dining room with a 55" HD TV, a comfortable couch and chair, and a dining table for four. The fully stocked kitchen includes some basics for cooking and a coffee station for your convenience. Each bedroom has a fan located in the closet, and one closet includes a pack and play for little ones. Paid parking is available on the premises for a fee of $25 per day per car, with a maximum of two cars. For stays longer than seven days, an additional charge will apply. Approval of a maximum of two dogs is allowed for a flat fee of $125 per stay. Requests to bring a third or fourth dog are subject to approval and will incur an additional $100 fee. Undisclosed pets will result in a $150 fee and may lead to reservation cancellation without refund. Any smell or evidence of smoking inside the home will result in a $500 fee. Check-out is at 11 am sharp, with a $25 fee for every 15 minutes past check-out. Quiet hours are after 10 pm and before 8 am. Furniture and decor should not be moved during your stay. Cameras on-site will be monitored for traffic in the home, and uninvited guests will be asked to leave with no refund.
