Paid parking is available on the premises in a lot across the street for $25 per day per car, with a maximum of two cars. Stays exceeding seven days will incur an additional charge. The lot is not covered, and the gate may remain open at times. The location is highly walkable, with easy access to scooters and bikes for exploring the city. Sound may occasionally travel from the hallway or other units. The building's shared spaces include the hallway, lobby, elevator, gym, and dog wash. The elevator's digital screen displays one floor higher than selected. There are two steps up to the hallway for the bedrooms and two steps down to the common space. No free parking is available in the area. The front door to the apartment is locked, requiring you to go down to the 1st floor to let deliveries or guests in. No parties or events are allowed, and smoking or vaping inside will result in a $500 fee. Check-out is at 11 am sharp, with a $25 fee for every 15 minutes past the time. Quiet hours are after 10 pm and before 8 am. Furniture and decor should not be moved. On-site cameras monitor traffic, and uninvited guests will be asked to leave with no refund. Additional charges may apply for not following check-out instructions or breaking house rules. The apartment includes a desk and a TV that doubles as a monitor for your laptop, making it a convenient space for remote work. A laptop computer is not included.
