Additional pet cleaning fees are $25 per pet per day for stays of 1 to 4 nights, $200 per pet for stays of 5 to 29 nights, and $300 per pet for stays of 30 or more nights. Only cats and dogs are allowed, with a maximum of two pets. An early check-in at 2 PM may be available for a $35 fee, subject to approval. This centrally located apartment is minutes from top attractions, including Rocket Mortgage FieldHouse, FirstEnergy Stadium, Progressive Field, Playhouse Square, Rock & Roll Hall of Fame, Cleveland Hopkins International Airport, and Wolstein Center. Enjoy easy access to dining, entertainment, and more. Security cameras are installed at the entrance and a noise detector is placed inside the unit. The noise detector does not record audio; it only monitors noise levels to detect loud disturbances or potential parties. Unauthorized gatherings will lead to police involvement, immediate eviction, and no refund, and a $100 fee applies per unauthorized guest. Strictly no smoking or drug use is allowed inside the unit or anywhere in the building, and violations will result in immediate eviction, no refund, and a $1,000 cleaning fee for smoking or intoxication. There is no mailbox access, and mail or packages cannot be delivered to the unit. Extra towels, blankets, or sofa bed sheets are not provided. Lost key fobs will incur a replacement fee of $500 each.
