A $100 fee applies per unauthorized guest. Strictly no smoking or drug use inside the unit or anywhere in the building. Violations will result in immediate eviction, no refund, and a $1,000 cleaning fee for smoking or intoxication. Take care of key fobs, as replacements cost $500 each. Food seasonings and herbs are not provided in the accommodation. Extra towels, blankets, or sofa bed sheets are not provided. Guests are welcome to bring their own if needed.
