Our freshly updated apartments feature beautiful modern wood-look vinyl floors and updated kitchens with all major appliances, including a dishwasher and built-in microwave. Take control of your to-do list with timesaving features like; in-home washer and dryer connections and an onsite laundry care facility, while walk-in closets and additional storage make it easy to stay organized. The security deposit required is equal to one month's rent, an admin fee of $100 is required, with residents responsible for electricity through Duke Energy, while water utilities are paid to SNS Management on an individual basis. Trash service is included. Waterbury Apartments is a pet-friendly community! With an additional monthly fee and a non-refundable pet fee, we're happy to accommodate your beloved pets.
