Rent a high-quality washer and dryer from us and enjoy the ease and comfort of doing laundry from the comfort of your own home. The security deposit required is equal to one month's rent, with residents responsible for electricity through Duke Energy, while water utilities are paid to SNS Management on an individual basis.
