Parties and amplified music are strictly forbidden without advance written consent. Under Ohio Revised Code and Cincinnati municipal code, throwing an unauthorized party is considered criminal trespassing and charges may be pressed. Quiet hours are observed from 9:30 pm-8 am. In the event of a disturbance, one polite request (warning) may be given to come into compliance. If the request is not honored then your reservation will be terminated without refund. Amplified music is strictly forbidden at all hours without advance written consent. Cleanup of human biomaterial (e.g. vomit, defecation) will result in a minimum $300 cleaning fee. Pet hair will incur a $300 cleaning fee for cleanup of excessive pet hair. Stains on the carpets or linens will incur an $89 cleaning fee per item or cost to replace, whichever is higher. Smoking indoors will incur a $300 cleaning fee. There is a $170 re-keying fee for unreturned keys.
