Up to two pets are welcome (40lbs combined), excluding Pit Bulls and Bull Mastiffs or similar breeds, with an additional pet fee of $100-300 based on stay length, collected separately. There is a $500 penalty for removing smoke detectors. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and observe quiet hours from 9pm-7am each day. The apartments are proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75/hr late fee. No outside guests are allowed without permission. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking.
