While designs are based on the photos, each unit has individualized elements of design and custom decorative features. Building amenities include a fitness center and community garden on the 3rd floor, a dog park on the 4th floor, a sauna, a business center, and a common area kitchen. No smoking or parties are allowed. There is a $500 penalty for removing smoke detectors. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and observe quiet hours from 9pm-7am each day. The apartments are proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75/hr late fee.
