Max 2 pets (40lbs combined) are allowed, but no Pit Bulls or Bull Mastiffs [similar breed]. An additional pet fee of $100-300 based on stay length is collected separately. A pet fee may be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal. Additionally, the presence of emotional support animals can be declined from stays or Experiences. A car isn’t necessary to explore the area, as you can find restaurants, entertainment, and activities within walking distance. No smoking or parties are allowed. There is a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and observe quiet hours from 9pm-7am each day. The home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM. There is a $75/hr late fee. No outside guests are allowed without permission. Two towels are provided per guest per stay. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. No weapons or drugs are allowed; zero tolerance means police will be called for violating this rule. Guests must be at least 22 years old for out-of-town guests and 25 years old for local guests.
