Max two pets are allowed with a combined weight of 40 lbs, excluding Pit Bulls and Bull Mastiffs. An additional pet fee of $100-300 is based on the length of stay and is collected separately. The home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75 per hour late fee. There is a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors. No smoking, parties, weapons, or drugs are allowed, and violations will result in police involvement. No outside guests are allowed without permission. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. Long-term guests will be subject to a background search and credit check.
