Building amenities include a large outdoor pool (seasonal, open summer through Labor Day, closed in winter), a sundeck, a fitness center, a grilling area and fireplace, and bike storage. Enjoy in-unit washer and dryer, a smart TV with streaming apps, and complimentary coffee. Enhance your stay with optional services like mid-stay cleanings and early check-in or late checkout, subject to availability and additional fees. Pets are welcome with a fee based on stay length, with a maximum of two pets (40lbs combined) allowed. Emotional support animals may incur a pet fee and can be declined from stays. Known for its plethora of restaurants, bars, and professional sports stadiums, the neighborhood offers plenty to explore during your getaway to Cincinnati. From casual local coffee shops to high-end eateries, shops, and attractions, everything is around the corner. No smoking or parties are allowed, with a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75 per hour late fee. No outside guests are permitted without permission. Guests must observe quiet hours from 9 PM to 7 AM, and the home is monitored with decibel sensors to ensure compliance. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking, and long-term guests (30 days or more) will be subject to a background search and credit check. The minimum age requirement for the primary person booking is 22 years old for out-of-town guests and 25 years old for local guests. No weapons or drugs are allowed, with zero tolerance, and police will be called for violations. The apartment is equipped with a smart lock, allowing for easy check-in and check-out using a personalized access code.
