Building amenities include a large outdoor pool (seasonal, open summer through Labor Day, closed in winter), a sundeck, a fitness center, a grilling area and fireplace, and bike storage. Enjoy direct access to the Monon Trail, a washer and dryer in the unit, a smart TV with streaming apps, a TV in the living room, and complimentary coffee. Each unit has individualized elements of design and custom decorative features. Pets are welcome with a maximum of two pets (40lbs combined) and an additional pet fee ranging from $100 to $300 based on the length of stay. Optional services such as mid-stay cleanings and early check-in/late checkout are available for additional fees. Located in a vibrant neighborhood known for its plethora of restaurants, bars, and professional sports stadiums, there’s plenty to explore during your getaway to Cincinnati. From casual local coffee shops to high-end eateries, shops, and attractions, everything is within walking distance. Electric scooters are also available for rent in the area. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75 per hour late fee. There is a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors. No smoking or parties are allowed, and quiet hours are from 9 PM to 7 AM. The home is monitored with decibel sensors to ensure compliance with the noise policy. No weapons or drugs are allowed, and violations will result in police involvement. Guests must provide a valid photo ID to complete the booking. A pet fee may be charged for emotional support animals, and their presence can be declined. Long-term guests (30 days or more) will undergo a background search and credit check. The unit is equipped with a smart lock, allowing for hassle-free and secure entry with a personalized access code. A laptop computer is not included.
