Building amenities include a large outdoor pool (seasonal, open summer through Labor Day), a sundeck, a fitness center, a grilling area and fireplace, and bike storage. Enjoy in-unit washer and dryer, a smart TV with streaming apps, and complimentary coffee. Pets are welcome with a fee based on stay length, collected separately. Additional services like mid-stay cleanings and early check-in/late checkout are available for an extra fee. Located in a vibrant neighborhood known for its plethora of restaurants, bars, and professional sports stadiums, there's plenty to explore during your stay in Cincinnati. From casual local coffee shops to high-end eateries, shops, and attractions are around every corner. A car isn’t necessary to explore the area, with restaurants, entertainment, and activities within walking distance, and electric scooters available for rent. No smoking or parties are allowed. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75 per hour late fee. A $200 penalty applies for removing smoke detectors. No outside guests without permission. One towel per guest per stay. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. Maximum of two pets allowed with a combined weight of 40 lbs, excluding Pit Bulls and Bull Mastiffs. Emotional support animals may incur a pet fee and can be declined. Guests must agree not to disturb neighbors and observe quiet hours from 9 PM to 7 AM. The home is monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with the noise policy. Long-term stays (30 days+) require a background search and credit check. The apartment is equipped with a smart lock, allowing for hassle-free and secure entry with a personalized access code.
