Located with direct access to the Monon Trail on the waterfront and just a 5-minute walk to both stadiums, the location is unbeatable. This spacious studio apartment features an inviting living area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom complete with toiletries. Building amenities include a large outdoor pool (seasonal, open summer through Labor Day, closed in winter), a sundeck, a fitness center, a grilling area and fireplace, and bike storage. Enjoy in-unit washer and dryer, a smart TV with streaming apps, and complimentary coffee. Pets are welcome with a fee based on stay length, collected separately. Maximum of two pets with a combined weight of 40 lbs are allowed, excluding Pit Bulls and Bull Mastiffs. Emotional support animals may incur a pet fee and can be declined from stays. Known for its plethora of restaurants, bars, and professional sports stadiums, there’s plenty for you to explore during your getaway to Cincinnati. You’ll find everything from casual local coffee shops to high-end local eateries, and shops and attractions around every corner. A car isn’t necessary to explore the area, with restaurants, entertainment, and activities within walking distance. There are also Lime and Bird electric scooters available for rent. No smoking or parties are allowed. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75 per hour late fee. A $200 penalty applies for removing smoke detectors. No outside guests are permitted without permission. One towel is provided per guest per stay. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. Guests must agree not to disturb neighbors and observe quiet hours from 9 PM to 7 AM. The home is monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with the noise policy. Long-term guests (30 days or more) will be subject to a background search and credit check. Optional services such as mid-stay cleanings and early check-in/late checkout are available for additional fees. The unit is equipped with a smart lock, allowing for hassle-free and secure entry using a personalized access code.
