This spacious two-bedroom apartment features inviting living areas, a fully equipped kitchen, and bathrooms complete with toiletries. Building amenities include a large outdoor pool (seasonal, open summer through Labor Day, closed in winter), a sundeck, a fitness center, a grilling area and fireplace, and bike storage. Enjoy in-unit washer and dryer, a smart TV with streaming apps, and complimentary coffee. Each unit has individualized design elements and custom decorative features. Enhance your stay with optional services like mid-stay cleanings and early check-in or late checkout when available. Additional fees apply. A pet fee is charged based on the stay length for guests traveling with pets or emotional support animals. Max 2 pets allowed with a combined weight of 40 lbs. No Pit Bulls, Bull Mastiffs, or similar breeds. Located in a vibrant neighborhood known for its plethora of restaurants, bars, and professional sports stadiums, there’s plenty to explore during your getaway to Cincinnati. From casual local coffee shops to high-end eateries, shops, and attractions, everything is around the corner. A car isn’t necessary to explore the area as restaurants, entertainment, and activities are within walking distance. Lime and Bird electric scooters are also available for rent. No smoking or parties allowed. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM with a $75 per hour late fee. A $200 penalty applies for removing smoke detectors. No outside guests without permission. One towel per guest per stay. Valid photo ID required to complete the booking. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times and observe quiet hours from 9 PM to 7 AM. The home is monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with the noise policy. Long-term stays (30 days+) are subject to a background search and credit check. The apartment is equipped with a smart lock, allowing for easy check-in and check-out with a personalized access code. A laptop computer is not included.
