While designs are based on the photos, each unit has individualized elements of design and custom decorative features. Pets are welcome with a maximum of two pets allowed, with a combined weight of 40 lbs. No Pit Bulls, Bull Mastiffs, or similar breeds are allowed. An additional pet fee is based on stay length and collected separately. Emotional support animals may incur a pet fee and their presence can be declined from stays. You’ll find everything from casual local coffee shops to high-end local eateries, and shops and attractions around every corner. A car isn’t necessary to explore the area, with restaurants, entertainment, and activities within walking distance. There are also Lime and Bird electric scooters in the area available for rent. No smoking or parties are allowed. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75 per hour late fee. A $200 penalty applies for removing smoke detectors. No outside guests are allowed without permission. One towel is provided per guest per stay. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. Guests must agree not to disturb neighbors and observe quiet hours from 9 PM to 7 AM. The home is monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. Long-term stays (30 days or more) will be subject to a background search and credit check.
