We are delighted to welcome you to this charming 1-bedroom and 1.5-bathroom loft. This contemporary luxury retreat provides everything necessary for an impeccable, worry-free experience. The combined living and dining area is furnished with modern furniture that will exceed your expectations. The stylish interior design with carefully picked amenities and decorations make up for this lovely apartment, featuring a 55" Roku Smart TV and a sofa. The bedroom includes a queen-size bed with a luxury foam mattress, pillows, linens, and sheets, along with shelf space and reading lamps. The loft features a fully equipped kitchen where you can easily prepare your favorite meals, complete with an oven, stove, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker with coffee essentials, sink with hot and cold water, glasses, silverware, pots and pans, and a dining table suitable for seating two people. The unit also includes a washer/dryer. The inviting full bathroom is completely private and stocked with all essential toiletries, including a bath with a shower, wash basin, mirror, toilet, towels, and essential toiletries. Valet parking services are available but do not accept any pickup trucks or full-sized SUVs. With a walk score of 96, this location is a walker’s paradise, surrounded by easy access transit stops. Enjoy being within a mile of both Paycor Stadium for the Bengals and Great American Ball Park for the Reds. The city center gem also offers theaters, music venues, museums, and parks, all within walking distance. Nearby, you can find a variety of restaurants, breweries, and cool places such as Shires’ Rooftop, The Davidson, Opal Rooftop, AC Upper Deck, The Blind Pig, Covington Yard, Nation At The Banks, The Well, Butcher and Barrel, and Grub Local. The primary guest must be at least 21 years old and any guests under 21 must be accompanied by a guardian who is 21 or older. Smoking on the property will result in a $1000 fine. Pets are not allowed and evidence of unregistered pets will result in a $500 fine. Parties are prohibited with a $1000 surcharge for violations. All guests must be registered for liability purposes with a surcharge of $350 per undeclared guest per night. The security camera on the outer door frame must remain functional at all times or a $500 fine will be applied. Check-out times are firm unless scheduled and confirmed 24 hours in advance, with a $50/hour penalty for late check-outs. Lost keys and fobs are subject to a replacement fee of $150. The building does not allow packages or deliveries to be received or held on-site. The pool and hot tub hours are Sunday to Thursday 7am to 11pm and Friday to Saturday 7am to 12am. A background check and government ID are required for check-in, and failure to complete the check will result in denied entry without refund. The apartment is 100% smoke-free, but due to the legal status of marijuana in the state, there may be occasional odors in the building. Check-in is flexible after 4pm and check-out is at 10am, with early/late check-out available upon request for a fee. Quiet hours are 9pm on weeknights and 10pm on weekends. Damages will incur charges at the repair/replacement cost plus a 20% service fee. Guests are responsible for their own consumables after the initial supply. Outdoor security cameras are present but not inside the property. The building management does not accept or hold packages on behalf of guests. Building amenities may be temporarily unavailable or closed without prior notice due to maintenance or unforeseen incidents. The apartment is remote work-friendly, offering a comfortable environment for working from home.
