The living room is equipped with a 50-inch smart TV with streaming capabilities and high-speed Wi-Fi. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, and refrigerator. Free on-site parking is available. Guests can walk to UC, but for other destinations, Uber/Lyft or calling a car is recommended. The property is nearby some of the city's most walkable neighborhoods, including Over the Rhine and downtown. This unit's prime location near The Christ Hospital, UC, and Cincinnati Children's Hospital makes it ideal for travel nurses, medical visitors, and tourists alike. The air conditioning is a window unit A/C, and the property's heat operates on a centrally-controlled boiler system. Parties and amplified music are strictly forbidden without advance written consent, and unauthorized parties are considered criminal trespassing. Quiet hours are observed from 9:30 pm to 8 am. Smoking of any kind, including tobacco, marijuana, incense, candles, and hookah, is not allowed. Violating house rules may result in reservation termination without refund. Dishonest or abusive behavior will also result in termination without refund. The property owner retains the right to terminate any reservation for any reason without refund if they believe the guest's actions could harm people or property, disturb neighbors, or harm the property's reputation. A security deposit hold of $300 - $500 may be collected via credit/debit card. Cleanup of human biomaterial will result in a minimum $300 cleaning fee.
