This spacious home boasts 5 beautifully appointed bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, spread across three thoughtfully designed floors. This home features a luxury kitchen with high-end appliances, cookware, coffee, salt, pepper, and ample serving ware and glassware. The master en-suite boasts a huge soaking tub and custom marble shower. Enjoy hotel-quality sheets and pillowcases throughout. The first floor includes a living room with a gas fireplace and a formal dining room with seating for 8, plus kitchen island seating for 4. The second floor has two bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The third floor contains two more bedrooms and a full bathroom, with the fifth bedroom doubling as a second family room. One parking pass for a nearby surface lot is provided. A propane-burning fire pit is available in the private courtyard patio, which also includes seating and dining spaces. A gas-powered grill is also available. High-speed Wi-Fi and an in-unit washer/dryer are included.
