A $300 cleaning fee will be charged for cleanup of excessive pet hair, at our discretion. If you have a pet that sheds, please bring lint rollers and remove your pet's hair from the property. Stains on the carpets or linens will incur an $89 cleaning fee per item or the cost to replace, whichever is higher. Smoking anything indoors will incur a $300 cleaning fee. There is a $170 re-keying fee for unreturned keys. Units found with unreasonable amounts of waste, in complete disorder, and/or "trashed" will be subject to an additional $200 cleaning fee, or actual cost to clean, whichever is higher.
