There is a $500 penalty for removing smoke detectors. No outside guests are allowed without permission. There is a noise policy in place: guests must agree not to disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and must observe quiet hours from 9pm-7am each day. The home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. No smoking or parties are allowed.
