If you damage the property or incur fees for smoking or other behavior then the amount that you may be billed is not limited to the incidental hold. Cleanup of human biomaterial (e.g. vomit, defecation) will result in a minimum $300 cleaning fee. A $300 cleaning fee will be charged for cleanup of excessive pet hair, at our discretion. Stains on the carpets or linens will result in an $89 cleaning fee per item or cost to replace, whichever is higher. There is a $170 re-keying fee for unreturned keys. Units found with unreasonable amounts of waste, in complete disorder, and/or “trashed” will be subject to an additional $200 cleaning fee, or actual cost to clean, whichever is higher.
