There is a $500 penalty for removing smoke detectors. No outside guests are allowed without permission. Guests must agree not to disturb neighbors at any time during the stay and must observe quiet hours from 9 pm to 7 am each day. The home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75 per hour late fee.
