Enjoy complimentary coffee during your stay. Enhance your stay with optional services like mid-stay cleanings and early check-in or late checkout when available. Additional fees apply for these services. Nestled on the Cincinnati riverfront Banks neighborhood beside Great American Ballpark, Paul Brown Stadium, and The Andrew J. Brady ICON Music Center, this apartment delivers an energetic and diverse lifestyle at the heart of the action. A car isn’t necessary to explore the area, with restaurants, entertainment, and activities within walking distance. Lime and Bird electric scooters are also available for rent nearby. Guests will have full access to the apartment throughout their stay. Amenities are available at the property's discretion, and refunds cannot be processed if an amenity is closed during your stay. Check-in is at 4 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75 per hour late fee. There is a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors. No outside guests are allowed without permission, and only one towel per guest is provided per stay. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. Guests must agree not to disturb neighbors and observe quiet hours from 9 PM to 7 AM. The apartment is monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy.
