Building amenities include a large outdoor pool (seasonal, open summer through Labor Day, closed in winter), an outdoor grilling area, a fitness center, an in-unit washer/dryer, and a smart TV with streaming apps installed. Enjoy complimentary coffee during your stay. Enhance your stay with a variety of optional services, such as mid-stay cleanings and early check-in/late checkout (when available). Additional fees apply for these services. Nestled on the Cincinnati riverfront in the Banks neighborhood beside Great American Ballpark, Paul Brown Stadium, and The Andrew J. Brady ICON Music Center, this apartment delivers an energetic, diverse lifestyle at the heart of the action. A car isn’t necessary to explore the area, with restaurants, entertainment, and activities within walking distance. Lime and Bird electric scooters are also available for rent nearby. This apartment has a no smoking and no parties policy, with a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75 per hour late fee. No outside guests are allowed without permission, and one towel is provided per guest per stay. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times and observe quiet hours from 9 PM to 7 AM each day. The home is monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. Long-term guests (30 days or more) will be subject to a background search and credit check. The unit is equipped with a smart lock, allowing you to check in and out with ease using a personalized access code.
