This apartment features seamless check-in, thoughtful touches, and a tech-first approach, allowing you to live like a local and feel at home on the road. Ideally located in the beautiful Banks neighborhood, you have easy access to the city, river, and stadiums. This booking includes two units that are close together, each featuring its own living space and bathroom. The apartment offers inviting living areas, fully equipped kitchens, and bathrooms complete with toiletries. Building amenities include a large outdoor pool (seasonal, open summer through Labor Day, closed in winter), outdoor grilling area, fitness center, in-unit washer/dryer, smart TV with streaming apps installed, and complimentary coffee. There is a limited amount of parking available for $20 per day per car. Parking downtown in Cincy next to the stadiums is extremely scarce, so please let us know ahead of time so we can arrange parking for you. Nestled on the Cincinnati riverfront Banks neighborhood beside Great American Ballpark, Paul Brown Stadium, and The Andrew J. Brady ICON Music Center, this apartment delivers an energetic, diverse lifestyle at the heart of the action. A car isn’t necessary to explore the area, with restaurants, entertainment, and activities within walking distance. Lime and Bird electric scooters are also available for rent. The area is full of energy and charm, where the sounds of music, cheerful conversations, and the hum of the city may occasionally drift in, especially in the evenings. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75 per hour late fee. There is a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors. No outside guests are allowed without permission. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and observe quiet hours from 9 PM to 7 AM each day. The home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. Long-term guests (30 days or more) will be subject to a background search and credit check. Optional services like mid-stay cleanings and early check-in/late checkout are available for additional fees. The apartment is equipped with a smart lock, allowing you to check in and out with ease using a personalized access code.
