A car isn’t necessary to explore the area, as you can find restaurants, entertainment, and activities within walking distance. Lime and Bird electric scooters are also available for rent in the area. You’ll be staying in an area full of energy and charm, where the sounds of music, cheerful conversations, and the hum of the city may occasionally drift in, especially in the evenings. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and must observe quiet hours from 9pm-7am each day. The apartment is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. There is a $500 penalty for removing smoke detectors. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM. A $75/hr late fee applies. No outside guests are allowed without permission. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking.
