Building amenities include a large outdoor pool (seasonal, open summer through Labor Day, closed in winter), an outdoor grilling area, a fitness center, an in-unit washer/dryer, a smart-TV with streaming apps installed, a TV in the living room, and complimentary coffee. Decor and layout may vary slightly from what you see in photos. There is a limited amount of parking for $20/day per car. Please let us know ahead of time so we can arrange parking for you. Nestled on the Cincinnati riverfront in the Banks neighborhood beside Great American Ballpark, Paul Brown Stadium, and The Andrew J. Brady ICON Music Center, this apartment delivers an energetic, diverse lifestyle at the heart of the action. A car isn’t necessary to explore the area, as you can find restaurants, entertainment, and activities within walking distance. There are also Lime and Bird electric scooters in the area available for rent. You’ll be staying in an area full of energy and charm, where the sounds of music, cheerful conversations, and the hum of the city may occasionally drift in, especially in the evenings. Check-in is at 4 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75/hr late fee. There is a $500 penalty for removing smoke detectors. No outside guests are allowed without permission. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and must observe quiet hours from 9pm-7am each day. The home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. Long-term guests (30 days+) will be subject to a background search and credit check. Valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. No weapons or drugs are allowed; zero tolerance means police will be called for violating this rule. [SI]
