Complimentary coffee is also provided. Optional services are available to enhance your stay, such as mid-stay cleanings and early check-in/late checkout (when available). Additional fees apply. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75 per hour late fee. There is a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors. No smoking, parties, or outside guests without permission are allowed. Quiet hours are from 9 PM to 7 AM, and the home is monitored with decibel sensors for compliance. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking, and a minimum age requirement of 22 years old for out-of-town guests and 25 years old for local guests applies. No weapons or drugs are allowed, with a zero-tolerance policy that involves police intervention for violations. The unit is equipped with a smart lock, allowing for hassle-free and secure entry using a personalized access code, which you will receive before arrival.
