Building amenities include a large outdoor pool (seasonal, open summer through Labor Day, closed in winter), an outdoor grilling area, a fitness center, an in-unit washer/dryer, a smart-TV with streaming apps installed, a TV in the living room, and complimentary coffee. Decor and layout may vary slightly from photos. There is limited parking available for $20 per day per car. Please provide advance notice to arrange parking. Nestled on the Cincinnati riverfront in the Banks neighborhood beside Great American Ballpark, Paul Brown Stadium, and The Andrew J. Brady ICON Music Center, this apartment delivers an energetic, diverse lifestyle at the heart of the action. A car isn’t necessary to explore the area, as you can find restaurants, entertainment, and activities within walking distance. Lime and Bird electric scooters are also available for rent in the area. You'll be staying in an area full of energy and charm, where the sounds of music, cheerful conversations, and the hum of the city may occasionally drift in, especially in the evenings. There is a $500 penalty for removing smoke detectors. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and must observe quiet hours from 9pm-7am each day. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75 per hour late fee. No outside guests are permitted without permission. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking.
