You’ll be staying in an area full of energy and charm, where the sounds of music, cheerful conversations, and the hum of the city may occasionally drift in, especially in the evenings. Removing smoke detectors will result in a $500 penalty. No outside guests are allowed without permission. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and must observe quiet hours from 9pm-7am each day. The apartment is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. Check-in is at 4 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM. Two towels per guest per stay.
