You’ll be staying in an area full of energy and charm, where the sounds of music, cheerful conversations, and the hum of the city may occasionally drift in, especially in the evenings. There is a $500 penalty for removing smoke detectors. No outside guests are allowed without permission. Guests must agree not to disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and must observe quiet hours from 9pm-7am each day. The apartment is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking.
