A car isn’t necessary to explore the area, with restaurants, entertainment, and activities within walking distance. Lime and Bird electric scooters are also available for rent. This apartment has a no-smoking and no-parties policy, with a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75 per hour late fee. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times and observe quiet hours from 9 PM to 7 AM. The home is monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking, and a minimum age requirement of 22 years old applies for the primary person booking, except for students and interns. Long-term stays of 30 days or more are subject to a background search and credit check. The apartment is equipped with a smart lock, allowing for hassle-free and secure entry using a personalized access code, which you will receive before arrival.
