This spacious apartment features an inviting living area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom complete with toiletries. Building amenities include a large outdoor pool, an outdoor grilling area, a fitness center, an in-unit washer and dryer, and a smart TV with streaming apps installed. Enjoy complimentary coffee during your stay. Optional services are available to enhance your stay, such as mid-stay cleanings and early check-in or late checkout when available, for additional fees. Nestled on the Cincinnati riverfront Banks neighborhood beside Great American Ballpark, Paul Brown Stadium, and The Andrew J. Brady ICON Music Center, this apartment delivers an energetic, diverse lifestyle at the heart of the action. A car isn’t necessary to explore the area, with restaurants, entertainment, and activities within walking distance. Lime and Bird electric scooters are also available for rent nearby. This apartment is wheelchair accessible. Guests will have full access to the apartment throughout their stay. Most guests prefer to use the automated entry system, but assistance is available upon request. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75 per hour late fee. There is a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors. No smoking or parties are allowed, and no outside guests without permission. One towel is provided per guest per stay. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors and observe quiet hours from 9 PM to 7 AM. The home is monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. Long-term stays over 30 days are subject to a background search and credit check. The unit is equipped with a smart lock for hassle-free and secure entry using a personalized access code.
