This spacious apartment features an inviting living area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom complete with toiletries. Building amenities include a large outdoor pool open from summer through Labor Day, an outdoor grilling area, a fitness center, an in-unit washer and dryer, and a smart TV with streaming apps installed in the living room. Complimentary coffee is also provided. The apartment is wheelchair accessible. Parking is available for $20 per day per car. Given the scarcity of parking downtown near the stadiums, arrangements should be made in advance. Nestled on the Cincinnati riverfront in the Banks neighborhood, this apartment is beside Great American Ballpark, Paul Brown Stadium, and The Andrew J. Brady ICON Music Center. The area offers an energetic and diverse lifestyle at the heart of the action. With restaurants, entertainment, and activities within walking distance, a car isn’t necessary to explore the area. Lime and Bird electric scooters are also available for rent. The vibrant neighborhood may bring in sounds of music, cheerful conversations, and the hum of the city, especially in the evenings. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75 per hour late fee. There is a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors. No smoking, parties, or outside guests without permission are allowed. Quiet hours are from 9 PM to 7 AM, and the home is monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with the noise policy. No weapons or drugs are allowed, with zero tolerance meaning police will be called for violations. Long-term stays of 30 days or more will require a background search and credit check. Optional services like mid-stay cleanings and early check-in or late check-out are available for additional fees. The apartment is equipped with a smart lock, allowing for hassle-free and secure entry using a personalized access code.
