The bedroom features a very comfortable queen-size bed with a Casper medium memory foam mattress and a full closet with hangers, an iron, a fan, and extra blankets. The entrance to this unit is around the back, accessible by taking the stairs to the right of the house. Parking is free and on the street, ensuring you shouldn't have any issue getting a spot. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook, including silverware, plates, bowls, glasses, pots and pans, a refrigerator, oven, microwave, Keurig, and coffee/tea. If there are other items you may need, just let us know in advance. The cozy outdoor terrace provides a perfect spot to relax and unwind. Pets are welcome with a $60 pet fee per pet per stay, with a maximum of two pets allowed. Please request the code for our laundry closet if you wish to use the washer and dryer, as it is typically locked. Nestled in Over-the-Rhine, one of the nation's premier historic districts, this apartment is steps away from Findlay Market, breweries, bars, restaurants, and shops. The University of Cincinnati and FCC soccer stadium are within walking distance or a short Uber ride away.
