The University of Cincinnati and FCC soccer stadium are within walking distance or a short Uber or Lyft ride away. This 100-year-old home was renovated in 2017 and offers great views of the city from the outdoor balcony and terrace across two levels, equipped with plenty of seating for you and your guests. This listing is for the whole house, which includes two fully furnished apartments spanning three stories with three bedrooms, two full and one half bath, two full kitchens, and two living rooms. You will also have access to laundry in both units. Each bedroom has a very comfortable queen-sized bed and a full closet with hangers. You also have an ironing board and iron. In the kitchens, you'll have all you need to cook, including silverware, plates, bowls, glasses, pots and pans, refrigerator, oven, microwave, Keurig, and coffee or tea. We also provide cooking oils, salt, pepper, and some spices. Parking is free and on the street, and you shouldn’t have any issue getting a spot. We love and welcome animals, however, there is a pet fee of $50 to cover the additional cleaning necessary. Please let us know in advance if you will be bringing any pets. Over-the-Rhine is known as one of the nation's premier historic districts with significant growth and revitalization in recent years, including the Cincinnati Bell Connector streetcar, a continually growing brewery district, Washington Park, Findlay Market, and countless restaurants, bars, and shops. If you walk down the Ohio Ave steps adjacent to the property, you'll find yourself steps away from Northern Row brewery, Skeleton Root Urban Winery, Rhinegeist Brewery, Odd Fellows Liquor Bar, Urban Axes Axe Throwing, the streetcar, Findlay Market, and over 20 to 30 restaurants and shops. Many places are within walking distance, but you can also drive, catch the bus, take an Uber, or ride the streetcar. Guests have access to the entire home and property. Both doors have a Nest lock and we will provide you with a unique code. Make sure you do not move things around between units as we maintain a specific inventory for each unit. If you do, please put it back to the respective unit before checkout. Important house rules include taking shoes off at the door and absolutely no parties, or you will be asked to vacate the premises and will be charged a fine. Please use the make-up towels provided to avoid staining our white towels, as we may have to charge to replace linens.
