Pets are welcome with a maximum of two pets allowed, weighing a combined 40lbs, excluding Pit Bulls and Bull Mastiffs. An additional pet fee is based on the length of stay and is collected separately. Optional services like mid-stay cleanings and early check-in or late checkout are available for an additional fee. The home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. Long-term stays of 30 days or more are subject to a background search and credit check. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. The minimum age requirement for the primary person booking is 22 years old for out-of-town guests and 25 years old for local guests. No weapons or drugs are allowed, with zero tolerance meaning police will be called for violating this rule.
