Max two pets with a combined weight of 40lbs are allowed, excluding Pit Bulls and Bull Mastiffs. An additional pet fee of $100-300 is based on stay length. Long-term guests will be subject to a background search and credit check. No weapons or drugs are allowed, and police will be called for violations. The minimum age requirement for the primary person booking is 22 years old for out-of-town guests and 25 years old for local guests. The apartment is equipped with a smart lock, allowing you to check in and out with ease using a personalized access code.
