This spacious apartment features an inviting living area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom complete with toiletries. You will also have direct access to the Monon Trail. Enjoy amenities such as an in-unit washer and dryer, a smart TV with streaming apps, a TV in the living room, and complimentary coffee. While designs are based on the photos, each unit has individualized elements of design and custom decorative features. The studio includes a queen bed and is wheelchair accessible. Max two pets with a combined weight of 40lbs are allowed, excluding Pit Bulls and Bull Mastiffs. An additional pet fee is based on the length of stay and is collected separately. A pet fee may be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal, and the presence of emotional support animals can be declined from stays. A car isn’t necessary to explore the area, with restaurants, entertainment, and activities within walking distance. Guests will have full access to the apartment throughout their stay. Amenities are available at the property's discretion, and refunds cannot be processed if an amenity is closed during your stay. Most guests prefer to let themselves in with the automated entry system, but assistance is available upon request. No smoking or parties are allowed, with a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75 per hour late fee. No outside guests are allowed without permission, and only one towel per guest is provided per stay. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. Guests must agree not to disturb neighbors and observe quiet hours from 9 PM to 7 AM. The home is monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with the noise policy. Long-term stays of 30 days or more are subject to a background search and credit check.
