Enjoy a washer and dryer in the unit for free, a smart TV with streaming apps installed, a TV in the living room, and complimentary coffee. Enhance your stay with optional services like mid-stay cleanings and early check-in or late checkout when available. Additional fees apply. Pets are allowed with a maximum of two pets weighing a combined 40 lbs, excluding Pit Bulls and Bull Mastiffs. An additional pet fee is based on the length of stay and is collected separately. One towel is provided per guest per stay. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and observe quiet hours from 9 PM to 7 AM each day. The home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. Long-term guests staying 30 days or more will be subject to a background search and credit check. The minimum age requirement for the primary person booking is 22 years old for out-of-town guests and 25 years old for local guests. No weapons or drugs are allowed, with zero tolerance meaning police will be called for violating this rule. The unit is equipped with a smart lock, so you can check in and out with ease using a personalized access code.
