Building amenities include a fitness center and community garden on the 3rd floor and a dog park on the 4th floor. Enjoy a washer and dryer in the unit for free, a smart TV with streaming apps installed, a TV in the living room, and complimentary coffee. While designs are based on the above photos, each unit has individualized elements of design and custom decorative features. Enhance your stay with a variety of optional services to make your visit even more comfortable, like mid-stay cleanings and early check-in or late checkout when available. Additional fees apply. A car isn’t necessary to explore the area as restaurants, entertainment, and activities are within walking distance. No smoking and parties are allowed. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75 per hour late fee. There is a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors. No outside guests are allowed without permission. One towel per guest per stay is provided. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. A maximum of two pets with a combined weight of 40 lbs is allowed, excluding Pit Bulls and Bull Mastiffs or similar breeds. An additional pet fee is based on the length of stay and is collected separately. Emotional support animals may incur a pet fee and can be declined from stays. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times and observe quiet hours from 9 PM to 7 AM. The home is monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. Long-term stays of 30 days or more will be subject to a background search and credit check. The unit is equipped with a smart lock, so you can check in and out with ease using a personalized access code. You’ll receive your code before arrival for hassle-free and secure entry anytime after check-in time.
