The apartment includes a washer and dryer in-unit, a smart TV with streaming apps, a TV in the living room, and complimentary coffee. Max two pets with a combined weight of 40 lbs are allowed, excluding Pit Bulls and Bull Mastiffs. An additional pet fee is based on the length of stay and is collected separately. One towel is provided per guest per stay. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and observe quiet hours from 9 PM to 7 AM each day. The home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. Long-term stays over 30 days are subject to a background search and credit check. Enhancements to your stay, such as mid-stay cleanings and early check-in or late checkout, are available for an additional fee. The unit is equipped with a smart lock, allowing you to check in and out with ease using a personalized access code.
