Building amenities include a fitness center and community garden on the 3rd floor and a dog park on the 4th floor. Enjoy the convenience of an in-unit washer and dryer, a smart TV with streaming apps, and complimentary coffee. While designs are based on the photos, each unit has individualized elements of design and custom decorative features. Enhance your stay with optional services like mid-stay cleanings and early check-in or late checkout when available. Additional fees apply. Max two pets with a combined weight of 40lbs are allowed, excluding Pit Bulls and Bull Mastiffs. A pet fee is based on the length of stay and is collected separately. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors and observe quiet hours from 9 PM to 7 AM. The apartment is monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with the noise policy. Long-term stays of 30 days or more require a background search and credit check. A $200 security hold on a credit card is required in case of incidentals, released 3-5 days post check-out, or a $35 non-refundable damage waiver may be chosen. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. The minimum age requirement for the primary person booking is 22 years old for out-of-town guests and 25 years old for local guests. No weapons or drugs are allowed, with zero tolerance meaning police will be called for violations. The apartment is equipped with a smart lock, allowing you to check in and out with ease using a personalized access code. You’ll receive your code before arrival for hassle-free and secure entry, anytime after check-in time.
