The apartment includes an in-unit washer and dryer, a smart TV with streaming apps, a TV in the living room, and complimentary coffee. Enhance your stay with optional services such as mid-stay cleanings and early check-in or late checkout when available. Additional fees apply for these services. Pets are welcome with a maximum of two pets (40 lbs combined) and a pet fee ranging from $100 to $300 based on the length of stay. Emotional support animals may also incur a pet fee. No smoking, parties, weapons, or outside guests without permission are allowed. Violating the no weapons rule will result in police involvement and immediate contract termination. Quiet hours are from 9 PM to 7 AM, and the home is monitored with decibel sensors for compliance. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking, and a minimum age requirement of 22 years applies, except for students and interns. Long-term stays of 30 days or more are subject to a background search and credit check. A $200 security hold on a credit card is required for incidentals, released 3-5 days post check-out, or a $35 non-refundable damage waiver can be chosen instead. The unit is equipped with a smart lock, allowing for hassle-free and secure entry using a personalized access code, which you will receive before arrival.
