Enjoy building amenities such as a fitness center and community garden on the 3rd floor and a dog park on the 4th floor. Additional perks include an in-unit washer and dryer, a smart TV with streaming apps, and complimentary coffee. Enhance your stay with optional services like mid-stay cleanings and early check-in or late checkout, when available. Additional fees apply. Pets are welcome with a maximum of two pets (40 lbs combined) and a pet fee based on stay length, collected separately. Emotional support animals may incur a pet fee and can be declined from stays. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and observe quiet hours from 9 PM to 7 AM each day. The home is monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75 per hour late fee. There is a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors. No smoking, parties, or outside guests without permission are allowed. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. The minimum age requirement for the primary person booking is 22 years old for out-of-town guests and 25 years old for local guests. No weapons or drugs are allowed, with zero tolerance meaning police will be called for violations. The unit is equipped with a smart lock, allowing for hassle-free and secure entry with a personalized access code, anytime after check-in time.
