Max two pets allowed with a combined weight of 40lbs, excluding Pit Bulls and Bull Mastiffs. An additional pet fee is based on stay length and collected separately. The home is monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. Long-term guests (30 days+) will be subject to a background search and credit check. No weapons or drugs allowed; police will be called for violations. Minimum age requirement for booking is 22 years old for out-of-town guests and 25 years old for local guests.
