This spacious apartment features an inviting living area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom complete with toiletries. You will also have direct access to the Monon Trail. Enjoy amenities such as an in-unit washer and dryer, a smart TV with streaming apps, a TV in the living room, and complimentary coffee. While designs are based on the provided photos, each unit has individualized elements of design and custom decorative features. The bedroom is configured with a queen bed and the apartment is wheelchair accessible. Max two pets with a combined weight of 40 lbs are allowed, excluding Pit Bulls, Bull Mastiffs, and similar breeds. An additional pet fee is based on the length of stay and is collected separately. A pet fee may be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal, and the presence of emotional support animals can be declined from stays. A car isn’t necessary to explore the area, with restaurants, entertainment, and activities within walking distance. No smoking or parties are allowed. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75 per hour late fee. There is a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors. No outside guests are allowed without permission. One towel is provided per guest per stay. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times and observe quiet hours from 9 PM to 7 AM daily. The home is monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. Long-term stays of 30 days or more will be subject to a background search and credit check. No weapons or drugs are allowed, with zero tolerance meaning police will be called for violations. All guests are required to submit a $200 security hold on a credit card for incidentals, released 3-5 days post check-out, or may choose a $35 non-refundable damage waiver. Minimum age requirement for the primary person booking is 22 years old for out-of-town guests and 25 years old for local guests.
