Pets are welcome with a fee based on stay length, collected separately. Max 2 pets allowed with a combined weight of 40lbs, excluding Pit Bulls and Bull Mastiffs. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors and observe quiet hours from 9 PM to 7 AM. The home is monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. Long-term stays of 30 days or more are subject to a background search and credit check. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. The minimum age requirement for the primary person booking is 22 years old for out-of-town guests and 25 years old for local guests. No weapons or drugs are allowed, with zero tolerance, meaning police will be called for violations. The apartment is equipped with a smart lock, allowing for hassle-free and secure entry using a personalized access code, ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out experience.
