Enjoy the convenience of an in-unit washer and dryer, a smart TV with streaming apps installed, a TV in the living room, and complimentary coffee. While designs are based on the provided photos, each unit has individualized elements of design and custom decorative features. Enhance your stay with a variety of optional services like mid-stay cleanings and early check-in or late checkout, when available. Additional fees apply. Max 2 pets are allowed with a combined weight of 40lbs, excluding Pit Bulls and Bull Mastiffs. An additional pet fee of $100-300 is based on the length of stay and is collected separately. A pet fee may be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal, and the presence of emotional support animals can be declined. No smoking or parties are allowed, with a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75 per hour late fee. No outside guests are allowed without permission. One towel is provided per guest per stay. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and observe quiet hours from 9 PM to 7 AM each day. The home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. Long-term stays of 30 days or more will be subject to a background search and credit check. No weapons or drugs are allowed, with zero tolerance meaning police will be called for violations. The minimum age requirement for the primary person booking is 22 years old for out-of-town guests and 25 years old for local guests. The apartment is equipped with a smart lock, allowing you to check in and out with ease using a personalized access code. You’ll receive your code before arrival for hassle-free and secure entry, anytime after check-in time. Most guests prefer to let themselves in with our automated entry system, but we can be available upon request and are always available via phone call or text message should any questions or issues arise.
